The enTOurage eDGE is both an e-reader and a netbook in one. It has two displays, one is an ePaper and the other is an LCD. It has Wi-Fi and runs on Google's Android OS. It supports ePub and PDF file formats.

New e-paper device:Barnes & Noble Nook

The "Nook" is Barnes & Noble's e-reader. The Nook runs on Google's Android platform, has 2GB of memory built in and a microSD card slot, and can play MP3 files, photos and more. It supports ePub, PDFs and more formats. There's free wireless in the US (via AT&T) and Wi-Fi, too.

New e-paper device:txtr e-reader

The txtr e-reader has a 6" display, and supports ePub files. It has a microSD slot (ships with a 8Gb card), and has USB, Wi-Fi and txtr Net wireless service (works in Germany only) - in which you pay 22$ a month.

It runs an ARM11 processor, and it will be an entirely open platform for developrs. Pre-orders start at December 1st for 477$.

The Astak Mentor is a 6" reader, with 512Mb of internal memory and an SD Card reader. It weights 175 grams and supports TXT, ePUB, PDF and more text formats.

The Hexaglot N518 is a German E-reader with integrated handwriting recognition (you can add comments and scribbles to pages). It has 512Mb of memory and an SD-card slot.
