New e-paper device:IREX DR 800SG

The IRex DR 800SG is a wireless e-reader - with worldwide 3G support and unlimited 3G in the US via Verizon. It's got 2Gb of memory and memory card expansion.

IREX say that the reader has the fastest page refresh. It supports B&N eBook Store and open platforms such as PDF and ePub (and others). IT costs 399$ and will be available on October 2009 in Best Buy stores, and will reach Europe in the 2nd half or 2009.

New e-paper device:AirPaper 50T

The AirPaper50T is an e-book reader that is subsidized by China Mobile. You can buy books from their mobile store (for 3 to 5 yuan, which is about 0.4$ to 1$). It uses the GSM and TD-SCDMA networks.

New e-paper device:iRiver Story

The Story is a an eBook reader with a fully QWERTY keyboard. It includes a memory card slot, and can display PDF, ePub, txt, Office documents and more formats.

New e-paper device:Matsunichi ER600 ebook reader

The ER600 is an e-book reader, made by China's Matsunichi. It is available for customization (Matsunichi will not sell these directly) - options include a 5" or 6" E Ink display, touchscreen, 3G/3.5G cellular modem, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

It includes an MP3, microphone and speaker out, 512Mb to 2Gb of memory and an SD card slot. The reader supports TXT, PDF, HTML, FB2, ePUB, PRC, MOBI, JPG, GIF and BMP file formats and includes an RSS reader and a web browser.

New e-paper device:Ditto book

The Ditto Book can read non DRM PDFs and TXT files (HTML and ePub book support is 'coming later'). It's aimed at niche markets (corporations and nonprofits - it can be customized with a logo, different colors, welcome screen, etc.), but will also be available to consumers for 249$.
